Whatever be the purpose; lose weight, gain weight, sculpt your body, manage a chronic or acute health condition; diet forms the center of all efforts. Thus Nutrition science and Dietetics worked out numbers to give us the right combinations & quantities to eat. Still, these diet plans don’t work alike for all.
