COP26 concluded. Is young India satisfied?

The biggest international climate summit COP 26 has concluded. After intense debates and discussions, many countries including India committed to ‘Net Zero’. India backed by China played a key role in mellowing down the commitments in the ‘Glasgow Climate Pact’. Keeping aside the political views and commitments, what is it that young India really wants?

Moving away from ambitions and words, young India believes in action through technology. 27-year-old Berjis Driver, an urban planner by profession believes in the power of small initiatives. “According to a World Economic Forum report, India’s journey to decarbonization could potentially create more than 50 million new jobs worth over $15 trillion by 2070”.
